SAN FRANCISCO, May 6, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Rainfactory, an eCommerce marketing and advertising agency, has announced that Kaitlyn Witman, co-founder and previously co-Chief Executive Officer, has assumed the role of sole CEO. The transition follows the departure of co-founder Janielle Denier, who has stepped down to pursue new entrepreneurial ventures after a decade of leadership.

Witman expressed gratitude towards her former partner, stating, “I want to thank Janielle for her tremendous partnership over the past decade. We’ve been together since Rainfactory’s first days and it’s been an incredible journey as we’ve built this company into the award-winning powerhouse it is today. On behalf of our entire team, we wish Janielle the very best as she embarks on her next chapter.”

The leadership change coincides with Rainfactory’s upcoming 10th anniversary on May 5, 2024. Under Witman’s leadership, Rainfactory enters its second decade with a strong client base that includes notable brands such as Philips Projection, Logitech Education, HTC VIVE, and Hallmark Keepsakes’ latest Harry Potter™ Ornament Set.

Witman commented on the future of the company, saying, “As we turn 10, we know that exceeding the expectations of our clients requires us to remain nimble and swiftly adapt to our ever-changing industry. Since day one, innovation and resilience have been the fabric of Rainfactory’s culture. We're primed to take the next steps in Rainfactory's journey, bolstered by recent investments in our team, culture, and operational capabilities.”

A seasoned entrepreneur, Witman has been integral to Rainfactory’s growth since its inception in 2014. She holds an MBA with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Washington and a BA in Political Science & Economics from the University of Virginia.
