FLORHAM PARK, N.J., January 18, 2026 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Technology-driven business solutions and services company Conduent Incorporated has announced the appointment of Harsha V. Agadi as Chief Executive Officer. Agadi succeeds Cliff Skelton, who is stepping down as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors.
As part of the leadership transition, Agadi will step down as Chairman of the Board. The Board has appointed Margarita Paláu-Hernández as independent Chair of the Board.

Agadi brings more than 35 years of executive leadership and corporate governance experience across public and private companies. He joined Conduent’s Board of Directors in 2025 and previously served as Chairman of the Board and head of its Audit Committee. Agadi has held senior executive roles at Fortune 50 companies and has served as Chief Executive Officer of six companies over the past 25 years. He currently serves as Chairman of GHS Holdings, LLC, and as non-executive Chairman of the Board of Flotek Industries, Inc.
Paláu-Hernández joined Conduent’s Board of Directors in 2019. She is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hernández Ventures and serves on the board of Icahn Enterprises L.P. Her prior board experience includes International Flavors and Fragrances, Xerox Holdings Corporation, Apartment Income REIT Corp., Occidental Petroleum, Herbalife Nutrition Ltd., and ALJ Regional Holdings, Inc.
