The Estée Lauder Companies has appointed Madeleine Boyd as Senior Vice President of Global Brand Communications, where she will lead a newly integrated global communications organization.

NEW YORK, July 16, 2026, (VSNewsNetwork.com)The Estée Lauder Companies has appointed Madeleine Boyd as Senior Vice President of Global Brand Communications, effective July 20.

In the newly created role, Boyd will establish and lead the company's integrated Global Brand Communications team. According to the company, she will oversee a unified communications strategy across its portfolio of brands while leading consumer-focused storytelling, earned media initiatives and creator engagement.

Boyd most recently served as Global Senior Vice President of Beauty & Wellness at Together Group, where she led the organization's Beauty & Wellness division across 15 agencies and consultancies. Before joining Together Group, she spent nearly seven years at luxury communications agency Karla Otto, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of Global Beauty & Wellness.

Earlier in her career, Boyd held brand marketing, digital content and editorial positions at MECCA and Vogue Australia.+

Throughout her career, Boyd has worked with beauty and luxury brands on brand strategy, communications, consumer engagement and cultural marketing initiatives.
