Magnachip Appoints Chae Lee as Chief Executive Officer

Chae Lee will become Chief Executive Officer of Magnachip Semiconductor on July 1, 2026, succeeding Interim CEO Camillo Martino, who will continue serving as Chairman of the Board.

SEOUL, South Korea, June 29, 2026 (VSNewsNetwork.com)Magnachip Semiconductor Corporation (NYSE: MX) has appointed Chae Lee as its Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026.

Lee succeeds Camillo Martino, who has served as Interim Chief Executive Officer since August 2025. Martino will continue in his role as Chairman of the company's Board of Directors. Magnachip also expects Lee to join its Board following the effective date of his appointment.

Lee brings more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including leadership positions focused on power semiconductors, power management integrated circuits, sensors, and analog technologies. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Tagore Technology. He has also held senior leadership roles at Insyte Systems, NXP Semiconductors, and Maxim Integrated Products.
