ATLANTA, January 12, 2026 (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL) — Industrial staffing company, Employbridge, has announced the appointment of Janette Marx as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 26, 2026.
Marx succeeds Bill Grubbs, who has served as Interim CEO since July 2025. Grubbs will transition to Executive Chairman of the Employbridge Board of Directors and continue to serve as an advisor during the leadership transition.
Marx brings approximately 30 years of experience in staffing and workforce solutions. Most recently, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Airswift, a global workforce solutions company focused on the energy, process, and infrastructure sectors. Prior to Airswift, Marx spent 19 years with the Adecco Group, holding leadership roles across North America and multiple business lines. Her career includes experience spanning frontline operations and executive management within the staffing industry.
