OTTAWA, Ontario, May 29, 2025 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Supply chain technology company Assent Inc. has named Michael Southworth as its new Chief Executive Officer. Southworth succeeds Andrew Waitman, who will move into the role of Executive Chairman.

Southworth has prior experience leading SaaS and AI-driven organizations and will guide Assent through its next phase of growth, which includes scaling global operations and expanding product capabilities. He most recently served as CEO of Babel Street and previously held executive roles at Transflo, Verint-Systems, Contact Solutions, Corning Incorporated, and MobileAccess Networks.
