Ramalingam succeeds Justin Nagy, who is departing the company to pursue a chief executive role outside the industry.
The SEER Group operates a network of 40 residential and commercial HVAC, electrical and plumbing businesses across 11 states. According to the company, Ramalingam’s appointment comes as it continues to expand its geographic footprint and operational capabilities.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at McDonald’s Corporation, managing restaurant operations across multiple states.
Under Ramalingam’s leadership, The SEER Group will continue investing in partner brands, expanding into new markets and strengthening operational systems across its platform.
