PARIS, June 12, 2025 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Language AI company DeepL has announced the deployment of an NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD featuring DGX GB200 systems, becoming the first in Europe to adopt the technology. This new infrastructure significantly reduces the time required to translate the entire web—from 194 days to 18.5 days.

The deployment is now operational at DeepL’s partner facility, EcoDataCenter, located in Sweden. The new system enables advanced model training and supports the company’s goal of expanding generative AI features and personalized translation services. DeepL stated that the new infrastructure will allow the company to approach model training in an entirely new way, paving the path for a more interactive experience for its users.

The DGX SuperPOD with GB200 systems includes a liquid-cooled, rack-scale design capable of scaling across tens of thousands of GPUs. This marks DeepL’s third deployment of a SuperPOD system and surpasses the performance of its previous flagship, DeepL Mercury.

“At DeepL, we take pride in our unwavering commitment to research and development, which has consistently allowed us to deliver solutions that outshine our competitors. This latest deployment further cements our position as a leader in the Language AI space. By equipping our research infrastructure with the latest technology, we not only enhance our existing offering but also explore exciting new products. The pace of innovation in AI is faster than ever, and integrating these advancements into our tech stack is essential for our continued growth,” said Jarek Kutylowski, CEO and Founder of DeepL.
