MIAMI, Fabruary 9, 2026 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Fiber broadband company Fibernow has announced the appointment of Jason Praeter as Chief Executive Officer. Praeter succeeds Luis Rodriguez, who will continue to support the company on an ongoing basis.
Fibernow stated that Rodriguez led the company through a period of foundational growth, platform development, and operational buildout. According to the company, the leadership transition is intended to support its next phase of network expansion and operational development.

Praeter brings nearly two decades of experience in the consumer broadband and fiber infrastructure sector, having entered the industry in 2007. Prior to joining Fibernow, he worked at altafiber, where he oversaw operations supporting nearly $1 billion in revenue and more than 500,000 subscribers. During his tenure, he held senior leadership roles in sales, operations, and general management.
