IMed Group Launches Irish Division IMed EUAR and Expands International Leadership Team

OXFORD, May 26, 2025 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Medical and health technology services provider IMed Group has announced the launch of its new Irish division, IMed EUAR, based in Cork. The expansion enables the company to deliver EU Authorized Representative services in addition to its existing UK-based consultancy offerings, further strengthening its presence across the European MedTech sector.

IMed EUAR will operate alongside IMed Consultancy in the UK. As part of this development, the company has also appointed three new personnel to support its regulatory and commercial operations.
Kieran Dowd has joined as a Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Consultant. Dowd previously worked in regulatory roles in in vitro diagnostics manufacturing and clinical trials. He holds academic qualifications in biotechnology and medical device regulatory affairs.

Benjamin Austin has been named Senior QA/RA Consultant for Software as a Medical Device and Artificial Intelligence. Austin has worked on projects involving AI tools for Alzheimer’s detection and drug dose optimization and has experience in clinical investigations and data protection.

The company has also hired Alison Davis as Partnerships Director. Davis has a background in diagnostics and healthcare commercial strategy, including advisory work during the COVID-19 pandemic. She holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and has previously led sales operations in Northern Europe.
