SAN DIEGO, January 5, 2026 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Business and litigation law firm Klinedinst PC has announced the appointment of shareholder Ian A. Rambarran as Chief Executive Officer following a unanimous vote by the firm’s Board of Directors. Rambarran succeeds interim CEO and firm founder John D. Klinedinst, who will resume his role as Chairman.
Rambarran previously served as the firm’s Treasurer and has been a shareholder at Klinedinst for more than two decades. In his new role, he will oversee firm operations while continuing his legal practice representing clients in business and commercial disputes, as well as high-loss tort matters. During his tenure as Treasurer, Rambarran was responsible for financial oversight and management.

Klinedinst served as interim CEO over the past year, during which time the firm hired more than 30 attorneys, expanded into new practice areas, and completed office upgrades and expansions in Seattle and Las Vegas. The firm maintained operations across its existing offices in San Diego, Irvine, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Phoenix, and Seattle.
