ANAHEIM, Calif., May 24, 2025 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Financial services company Change Lending has announced the appointment of Madison Simm as Chief Executive Officer. Simm will continue in his current role as Chief Financial Officer while assuming responsibility for the company’s strategic leadership and operational growth.

Simm brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, with expertise in mortgage lending, capital markets, and financial management. Prior to joining Change Lending in June 2024, he served as President of the Real Estate Division at Texas Capital Bank, a $30 billion regional bank. He also held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Union Financial and has held senior leadership positions at Wells Fargo and Lehman Brothers.
