OSLO, Norway, March 24, 2026 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Video technology company, Neat, which specializes in AI-powered video collaboration devices, has announced the appointment of Javed Khan as Chief Executive Officer.
Khan joins Neat as it increases its focus on artificial intelligence and edge computing as part of its growth strategy. He succeeds Janine Pelosi, who previously led the company through a period of expansion and product portfolio development.

Khan most recently served as Executive Vice President of Intelligent Systems at Aptiv, where he led development of intelligent edge solutions across automotive, transportation, robotics, aerospace, and defense markets. Prior to Aptiv, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cisco Collaboration, overseeing the Cisco Webex portfolio across video conferencing, video devices, and contact center solutions.

Khan began his career in engineering at Novell Networks and later joined Symantec. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Loyola University and a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Neat develops video devices designed for use with platforms including Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and bring-your-own-device configurations, according to the company.
