OKLAHOMA CITY, January 26, 2026 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Human capital management technology company Paycom Software, Inc. has appointed Jeff York as Chief Sales Officer (CSO), effective January 23, 2026.
York returns to the CSO role after previously serving in the position from 2007 to 2021. He most recently served as Paycom’s Leadership Strategist. He succeeds Amy Walker, who is transitioning from her role as CSO into a consulting position with the company.

York brings more than 30 years of sales experience and has held multiple sales management roles throughout his career. During his prior tenure as CSO, Paycom’s sales organization was recognized as one of the 50 Best Companies to Sell For in the United States, and the company was named to Fortune magazine’s list of the 100 Fastest-Growing Companies for four consecutive years.
