Rhodes previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Calabrio, which recently combined with Verint. Rhodes will lead the unified organization as it advances its CX automation strategy.

The combined Verint–Calabrio organization integrates Verint’s enterprise automation capabilities and artificial intelligence-powered platform with Calabrio’s workforce engagement solutions.
