NEW YORK & GENEVA, February 19, 2026 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Beauty company The Wella Company has announced the appointment of Calvin McDonald as Chief Executive Officer, effective April 2, 2026. McDonald will also join the company’s Board of Directors and will be based in New York.

Glenn Murphy will remain Executive Chair and provide strategic guidance to McDonald and the leadership team.

McDonald most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of lululemon athletica inc., where he oversaw a period of growth that included tripling annual revenues and expanding the company’s global reach to more than 30 countries. Prior to lululemon, he served as President and CEO of Sephora Americas, a division of LVMH, where he led five consecutive years of double-digit growth and expanded the company’s haircare business.
