AUSTIN, Texas and LONDON, October 27, 2025 (VSNewsNetwork.com) – Business services company Integreon has announced that Chief Executive Officer Subroto Mukerji will retire from the company on December 20, 2025, after more than 40 years in the enterprise technology and services industry. Mukerji will continue to serve on Integreon’s board of directors and act as a senior advisor.
Integreon’s board has appointed Bill Carter, a current board member, as Interim CEO while a search for a permanent successor is conducted. Carter is an Operating Partner at EagleTree Capital, Integreon’s majority owner. He will work with Mukerji to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
Carter has more than two decades of experience in leadership across legal and business information services. Before joining EagleTree Capital, he was Chief Executive Officer of ALM, a global provider of news, data, and intelligence for the legal, financial, insurance, and real estate sectors. He previously held executive roles at Thomson Reuters, LexisNexis, and Bain & Company.
