Textron Names Lisa Atherton as President and CEO

PROVIDENCE, R.I., October 23, 2025 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Aerospace and industrial manufacturing company Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) has announced that Lisa Atherton, currently president and chief executive officer of Textron’s Bell segment, will become the company’s next president and CEO, effective January 4, 2026. Atherton will also join Textron’s Board of Directors upon assuming her new role.

On the same date, Scott C. Donnelly, Textron’s current chairman and CEO, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman, where he will lead the Board of Directors and provide guidance to Atherton on company matters.
