Mecum Auctions Hosts 2025 Florida Summer Special Featuring 1,500 Vehicles in Kissimmee

KISSIMMEE, Fla., July 9, 2025 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Automotive auction company Mecum Auctions has announced the return of its Florida Summer Special auction, scheduled to take place July 9–12, 2025, at Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee. The event will feature an estimated 1,500 classic and collector vehicles and approximately 100 pieces of Road Art®.

The event marks the sixth annual Florida Summer Special and will include a range of muscle cars, modern performance vehicles, and specialty automobiles. Notable entries include a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle LS6, a 1987 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z, and a 1966 Ford Mustang Custom Fastback with a Supercharged Coyote Gen 3 engine. Other vehicles expected to appear include a 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 Convertible and a 2022 Ford Shelby GT-H Supercharged with under 800 miles.

The lineup also features vehicles tailored to summer driving themes, including a 1978 Fiat Jolly Conversion, a 1969 Volkswagen Type II Bus, and a 1970 Ford Bronco Custom. A 1969 Meyers Manx Dune Buggy, built by Bruce Meyers, is also set to cross the auction block.

Two private collections are included in the auction: The Schroeder Family Collection, which spans models from a 2020 Porsche Taycan 4S to a 1941 Ford Custom Street Rod, and The Bill and Barb Farwig Collection, featuring 23 Road Art® items, such as neon signage and vintage gas pumps.
