Roberts brings over 25 years of healthcare and business leadership experience. She most recently served as Chief Growth Officer at Cielo, where she led global sales strategy, expanded AI-driven talent solutions, and supported the company’s international market growth. Earlier in her career, she held executive roles at American Medical Technologies and served as President of Cielo Healthcare.
