SAN MATEO, Calif., June 26, 2025 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Cybersecurity company QuSecure, specializing in post-quantum cryptography and cryptographic agility, has appointed Gregory Donovan as Vice President of Revenue. The appointment comes as the company expands to meet increased demand from public and private sector organizations seeking protection against emerging quantum threats.

Donovan most recently worked at Keyfactor, a PKI cybersecurity firm serving Fortune 500 clients. He also held executive positions at Cognition, ScentAir, ADP, and SAP/Fieldglass. Donovan holds a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University and is based in Charleston, South Carolina.
“I was impressed with the leadership and approach that QuSecure has taken to solve what could be a trillion-dollar problem in the market. I chose QuSecure for that very reason – how it can provide PQC and cryptographic agility now and how I see our innovation evolving to solve current cybersecurity issues while preparing for larger quantum threats,” said Donovan.

Donovan’s appointment follows guidance from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the White House encouraging immediate adoption of post-quantum cryptographic standards. Technology vendors supporting National Security Systems are required to implement such protections by 2027, with some high-risk timelines accelerated by five years.
“I’m excited about the rapid growth that Gregory will help QuSecure capitalize on. As we see the adoption curve accelerating, his deep experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams and delivering impressive revenue results come at a critical time for our growth. He has a solid track record of building proven sales strategies that span multiple industries that matter deeply to us, including cybersecurity and AI, and across private and public sectors. We will rely on his extensive experience and deep industry connections as we work to exceed our aggressive goals for 2025 and beyond,” said Rebecca Krauthamer, Co-Founder and CEO of QuSecure.
QuSecure’s flagship platform, QuProtect, provides cryptographic agility and secure orchestration without requiring changes to a client’s existing infrastructure. The platform has been deployed by the U.S. Army and Air Force, financial institutions, telecom and energy companies, and major cloud service providers.
