MAG Group Holding Begins Development on Riviera Heights, First Phase of Marsa Zayed Project in Jordan

ABU DHABI, UAE, June 2, 2025 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Real estate development company MAG Group Holding has announced the launch of Riviera Heights, the first residential phase of the Marsa Zayed waterfront development in Aqaba, Jordan.
Riviera Heights will consist of four 35-story residential towers across 51,000 square meters, delivering more than 1,250 seafront apartments along Jordan’s Red Sea coast. The project marks the initial step in transforming 320 hectares of coastal land into what the company describes as a tourism and residential destination.
Site work has commenced, and construction handover is expected by the first quarter of 2028. MAG Group Holding was appointed by landowner AD Ports Group in February to lead the Marsa Zayed development.

Riviera Heights is adjacent to the broader Marsa Zayed Phase 1 development, which is planned to include a marina, hotel, beach club, yacht club, visitor center, hotel apartments, and a commercial souq with 50 retail outlets. The development will also feature the restored minaret of the Al-Sharif Al-Hussein Bin Ali Mosque.
