Merrill brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in investigative services, insurance cost-containment, and insurtech. He previously served as CEO and Vice Chairman of Gain Life and founded ICS Merrill, which later merged with GlobalOptions to form CoventBridge. Merrill led CoventBridge as CEO from 2016 to 2021, building it into a global provider of investigation services to both public and private sector clients.
